| A Philanthropist is sought who is
willing and able to provide sufficient financial support to legally
challenge Australian Government agencies in relation to Veterans'
Affairs matters
John Atkins situation (described on this website
- follow hyperlink for details:
John Atkins.htm) is but one example of the problems encountered
by veterans in dealing with Australia's Department of Veterans'
Affairs and associated agencies.
One and a half million Australian military
personnel over the years have put their lives on the line helping to
preserve democracy which includes the rule of law. Veterans, and all the citizens for whom they
fought, are entitled to have the criminal conduct of Australian
Government agencies staff determined in appropriate courts of law.
The AFP use their CCPM to effectively deny veterans (and ordinary
citizens) any meaningful access to investigative resources. Mindful
of this and the low probability of being genuinely investigated let
alone caught and prosecuted is it any wonder agencies resort to
practices described below.
There are many examples of cultures of dishonesty
existing within bureaucracies around the world, not just in
Australia. The sheer size and weight of government money behind them
make these practices akin to monopolistic abuse. Their practices
include matters Australia's Veterans have fought and died for
protecting democracy. They include:
1. Culture of dishonesty
2. Perverting the course of justice
3. Bias
4. Inadequately qualified
5. Monopolistic abuse
6. Inability to have AFP investigate - CCPM
7. Separation of powers
8. Computers
9. ADJR breaches decision making
In my view the most effective way to overcome
these problems is by private criminal prosecution of individuals
concerned. It's hardly too harsh to seek jail terms when all
military personnel are required to sacrifice their lives. Over the
years 105,000 Australians have sacrificed their lives for the
preservation of democracy.
