How to lodge a submission

The Review Secretariat prefers electronic lodgement of submissions where possible. However,

submissions may also be lodged by post. All submissions should be accompanied by a completed form stating whether or not the person making the submission grants permission for it to be published by DVA or the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs.

From: TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE REVIEW OF MILITARY COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENTS

 

Examine the legislative schemes that govern military compensation prior to the MRCA and identify any anomalies that exist.

 

Issues falling outside the above Terms of Reference are out of scope of the Review.

 

There are many definitions of anomaly as being “a deviation from the common rule” etc. A search of Google using the terms “anomaly definition” produces in excess of 2 million hits. Two examples are shown below:
