This is a brief explanation of the name.

It took me from 2001 until 2005 to gain my TPI.
 

During that time I had four advocates and I quickly realised that people on both sides of the process were not correctly applying the law. Since I gained my TPI, in 2005, I have researched "too hard" cases for the advocates who were successful in getting me my TPI. That process allowed me to build the index of relevant case law and legislation. I've written extensively to the bureaucracy and politicians. It is quite evident that there is an impenetrable barrier.

Probably the last remaining alternative is to prosecute these matters through the legal system. An ability to fund these processes is essential.

I will change my focus to doing a "cold canvas" of the legal profession to see if anyone is interested. This may take some time.

I'll expand this matter as time goes by.
